The 4-Week Reset Structure

WEEK 1 — AWARENESS & INTERRUPTION

Theme:
Break the loop before fixing the self

Focus:

Interrupt automatic drinking behavior and build awareness without shame.

What the Client Learns:

  • Why alcohol became a coping strategy (not a character flaw)

  • Cause and effect in behavior, emotion, and identity

  • How urges work and why fighting them backfires

Daily Practices (10–15 minutes):

  • Awareness journaling (triggers, emotions, environments)

  • Short grounding practice

  • Real-time urge interruption technique

Deliverables:

 (A short guided audio designed to calm the nervous system and reduce urges in moments of stress)

WEEK 2 — REGULATION & ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Theme:
Learn to feel without numbing

Focus:

Teach clients how to regulate stress, anxiety, and emotional discomfort without alcohol.

What the Client Learns:

  • Nervous system basics (stress vs safety)

  • Why emotions spike early in sobriety

  • High-vibrational living as intentional energy management

  • Identifying energy drains vs energy builders

Daily Practices:

  • Guided regulation practices

  • Gratitude journaling (structured and intentional)

  • One daily energy-positive habit

Deliverables:

  • Daily Regulation Audio Library
    (Short guided practices to reduce anxiety, regulate stress, and restore balance)

  • Energy Audit Worksheet

  • Guided Gratitude Journal Prompts

Outcome By End Of Week 2:
